I have had two lives in real estate. My first life as a Realtor was from 1987 to 1992. That was a time when Casper was just starting to come back from an oil bust. I spent a lot of time counseling sellers who were upside down on their mortgages. It was a frustrating time, because prices were slowly climbing, but it was difficult for appraisals to meet the contract prices. Also, lending institutions were being very cautious & a buyer had to be very strong credit-wise. I worked very hard for my clients & customers during this time & was very dedicated to real estate. However, I also remarried & realized I needed to dedicate more time to my new husband & our 4 children. So, I retired from real estate for a few years.

My career then took another turn, although still in sales. I worked for an RV Superstore for 14 years. During that time, I thoroughly enjoyed building a clientele & giving my customers the best service possible. Those RV's are a kick!

My second life in real estate is now in progress. I learned from the RV world to hang your hat with the best & I am pleased to have my hat hang at Stratton Real Estate. It is very important to me to feel comfortable with the people I work with, & the high level of integrity which Fred & Bobbie Stratton & all the Realtors here conduct themselves under makes me very comfortable.
